Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cata Knits Boutique de Tejido, hereinafter Bold Knitting SPA.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only items such as wool, yarn and accessories can be refunded. The purchase of knitting patterns, knitting guides or workshops will not be refunded.

Legal Guarantee

If the items you purchased are defective or damaged, you are entitled to a 3-month legal warranty. You must keep the original packaging and your ticket, and contact us via contacto@cataknits.com.

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

  • Knitting Patterns.

  • Weaving guides and/or workshops.

  • Any other downloadable product.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via contacto@cataknits.com.

Shipment

  • Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. To coordinate the return procedure, contact us via contacto@cataknits.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product we sell, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund when the product is returned to us. We will pay for shipping the replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.
