Irene Tee is a short-sleeve V-neck raglan top, fresh and feminine—perfect for the spring and summer seasons. It is worked seamlessly from the top down, allowing for customizable length as desired. The project starts flat, with raglan increases while shaping the neckline. Then, the piece is joined in the round to continue knitting in circular. The bottom edge, as well as the sleeve ribbing, is adorned with a series of twisted stitches. Finally, the neckline is finished with an I-cord edge.
The yarn used is Rosários4 Madragoa, a 100% bourette silk yarn, fingering weight (200 m/50 g). It is the ideal choice for lightweight, breathable garments with a matte finish and a delicately rustic texture.
The pattern is available in 8 adult sizes. The tee shown in the photo is size 3, worn with 7 cm/2.75” of positive ease. For reference, I am 170 cm/5'7” tall, and my bust circumference is 96 cm/38.5”.

Suggested Needles: Main circular needles, 4.0 mm/US 6, or the size needed to achieve the required gauge. The cable length may vary depending on the section being knit. For small circumferences, you can use double-pointed needles, short circular needles, or long circular needles with the Magic Loop technique.
