Ephesus Tee is a seamless top-down tee. The neck is shaped with German Short Rows. The yoke has a lace pattern, forming vertical lines reminiscent of columns. Increases are distributed along the yoke. Then, the sleeves and the body are separated and both are worked in-the-round in stockinette stitch. The original design has short sleeves; and recently I have added a three-quarter length sleeve version. However, you can adjust the sleeve length according to your preference, as well as the body length, taking care of having enough yarn.

The tee is available in 9 adult sizes. The shirt in the photo is size 3, with 12cm/4.75" of positive ease. For reference, I am 170 cm/5’ 7" tall and my bust circumference is 96 cm/38.5".

Positive ease: approximately 7 cm/2.75" to 14 cm /5.5".

To choose your size, add the desired ease to the actual measurement of your bust and then find the closest measurement in the schematic. For example: if your bust is 90 cm/36", you should knit size 2 which has a final measurement of 98 cm/39.25" (with 8 cm/3.25" of positive ease).

Gauge: 21 st x 32 rounds (10 cm/4") in stockinette stitch worked in-the-round and after blocking.

Suggested needles: 4 mm/US 6 main circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge. 3.5 mm/US 4 circular needles, or two sizes smaller than the main needle.
