I love knitting socks, especially when they have a lovely texture! Ascanio Socks are knitted from the toe up to the cuff, featuring an elegant lace pattern, a gusset, and a short-row heel.

Techniques used: increases and decreases, Judy's Magic Cast-On, and the Magic Loop technique for knitting small circumferences. You can choose to use the Elastic Bind-Off or any stretchy bind-off of your preference. All the techniques used are explained in the instructions and in videos linked from this pattern.

About This Pattern

The socks are designed to be worn with negative ease. Choose a size with a foot circumference approximately 2.5 cm/1” smaller than the actual circumference of your foot.
