Odemira Top is a lightweight, airy, sleeveless summer top knitted top-down seamlessly, allowing for length adjustments as needed. It starts at the back, with shaping for the shoulders, then it is worked flat until the armhole shaping. Next, the front is knitted flat, shaping the neckline and armholes at the same time. The body is worked in the round, with a central decorative motif that runs down, from the top, borders the neckline, and continues until the hem. Finishings for the neckline and sleeves are worked last.
Techniques Used: German Twisted Cast-On, left-leaning and right-leaning increases, Standard Bind-Off. All techniques used are explained in the Technique Section and linked videos from this pattern.
The pattern is available in 9 adult sizes. The top I wear in the photo is a size 3, with 2 cm/0.75” ease. For reference, my height is 170 cm/5' 7”, and my bust circumference is 96 cm/38.5”.
