Ephesus Sweater is a round yoke sweater that is knitted in a circular pattern from top to bottom and without seams. The neck is formed with Short German Turns, and the yoke has an openwork of vertical lines that resemble columns. The increases are distributed along the yoke. Then, the sleeves and body are separated, which are knitted in a circular manner with stocking stitch. It is the winter version of the Ephesus Tee.

Measurements of the finished garment: (85, 95, 105) [115, 125, 135] {145, 155, 165} cm bust circumference approximately.

Recommended ease: between 7 cm/2.75 in and 12 cm/4.75 in positive ease.

To choose your size, you must add the desired ease to the actual measurement of your bust and then look in the table for the measurement that is closest. For example: if your bust measures 86 cm/34.5 in, you should knit size 2 which has a final measurement of 95 cm/38 in (with 9 cm/3.5 in of positive slack).

Gauge: 16 stitches x 23 rows (10 cm/4 in) with the main needles in stocking stitch, worked in a circular and blocked.

Suggested needle size: 5mm/US 8 main circular needle, or whatever you need to obtain the required gauge. 4mm/US 6 circular needle (or two sizes smaller than main needle) for knitting neck, body and sleeve elastics. The length of the needle cable can vary as needed. To knit small circumferences (such as collar or sleeves) you can use double pointed needles, short circular needles or long circular needles using the magic loop technique .
