Last Dance Pullover is a round yoke sweater that is knitted in a circular pattern from top to bottom and without seams. The neck is formed with Short German Turns. Stripes of fingering weight yarn and lace weight mohair are interspersed along the yoke. These stripes can continue to be repeated along the body and sleeves. You have 4 options to knit your version of Last Dance Pullover:

  1. Short sleeves, with stripes on the yoke and body.
  2. Short sleeves, with stripes only on the yoke.
  3. 3/4 sleeve, with stripes on the yoke, body and sleeves.
  4. 3/4 sleeve, with stripes only on the yoke.

It is available in 9 adult sizes. The sweater I'm wearing in the photo is a size 3, with 10cm/4in of looseness. For reference, I am 170 cm/5 ft 7 in tall and my bust circumference is 96 cm/38.5 in.

Sizes: (1, 2, 3) (4, 5, 6) {7, 8, 9}.

Measurements of the finished garment: (85, 95, 106) (115, 125, 136) {145, 155, 166} cm bust circumference approximately.

Recommended ease: between 7 cm and 15 cm positive ease.

To choose your size, you must add the desired ease to the actual measurement of your bust and then look in the table for the measurement that is closest to you. For example: if your bust measures 86 cm, you should knit size 2 which has a final measurement of 95 cm (with 9 cm of positive ease).

Gauge: 22 stitches x 34 rows (10 cm) with the main needles in the fancy stitch, worked in a circular and blocked.

Suggested needle size: 4mm/US 6 main circular needle, or whatever you need to obtain the required gauge. 3.5mm/US 4 circular needle (or two sizes smaller than main needle) for knitting neck, body and sleeve elastics. The length of the needle cable can vary as needed. To knit small circumferences (such as collar or sleeves) you can use double pointed needles, short circular needles or long circular needles using the magic loop technique.
